Who We Are

A real estate brokerage for you – the investors, owners, landlords and occupiers of commercial properties. SVN|BIOC is proud to have over 60 years of transactional experience.

We are part of a large and growing community of Advisors. SVN opened 50 new offices in 24 months and now has more than 1600 advisors and 200 offices. Our Advisors have wide-ranging experience with Fortune 500 Corporations, REITs, Medical Building Investors, Owner Occupiers and Landlords. Our experience Uniquely qualifies us to offer clients an unparalleled perspective on clients’ needs in the current environment. We understand first-hand what owners and occupiers must do to effectively manage their portfolios and contain costs.

In 1987, frustrated with the way the industry handled clients and transactions, the founders of SVN did something about it. They pioneered a better way of handling real estate transactions that put the client’s interest first. Their mission? Create unprecedented value for SVN Advisors and their clients. Today, SVN’s Shared Value Network promotes a revolutionary business proposition: Compensate Cooperation.
